TWRR 2005 Built
‘Heritage’ C-type

2005 constructed ‘Heritage’ C-type replica. Completed to a very high standard this C-type has a fully reconditioned 4.2ltr engine running road/race cams and 45DCOE carburettors. Gearbox is a reconditioned Toyota 5-speed and this is linked to a fully reconditioned 3.31 ratio IRS. Leather interior with many additional features replicating the 1953 Le Mans winning car. It is fair to say if the parts used are not reconditioned then they are brand new. Truly a superb example and offered for sale with MOT til 06/2006

‘Heritage’ C-type
Factory built 2004

Built by the Factory as a demonstrator for the 2004 exhibition season this is a fine example and of excellent build quality. Featuring a 3.8 low mileage engine with twin SU’s the car also benefits from a reconditioned gearbox and 3.54 ratio IRS. Leather interior with the addition of the carpet option this is a great car to drive and did make the trip to Le Mans 24hrs in 2005 without a hitch. As seen at many of the shows, great fun and ready to go.

LR D-type

Professionally Built 1997

Built by Ron Lea a retired engineer, this D-type is of a very high specification with a view to be a fast hill climb or track day car or for club racing, suitable for JEC Jaguar powered series. Featuring a jaguar XJR supercharged 4.0ltr engine generating approx 340bhp with Getrag 5-speed gearbox. This car has covered only 1000 miles having spent all of its life being developed and enhanced. Currently not road registered but can be if required. Other features include a full extinguisher system, roll bar and Leda gas suspension.
